Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
- If the artwork arrives back in a damaged condition due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once the artwork is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.

Non-returnable Items
