If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.
• For damaged items, please include photos of the damage and the packaging for review.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
• If the artwork arrives back in a damaged condition due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once the artwork is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the artwork arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

Damaged Shipments
